Sleep approach 1-12 years


Focusing on your wishes, even more importantly, on the child's characteristics. What are they indicating? What do they need? Is letting them cry it out an appropriate solution? Or is it important to respond quickly to their needs? How are they doing during the day? I ask a lot of questions to gather all the necessary information.


You'll receive tailored advice, you'll get started, and we'll keep a close eye on things with the app. This allows us to make quick adjustments when necessary. You'll gain confidence and the tools to help you return to a peaceful sleep.

This falls under sleep exercise therapy, and health insurers reimburse it up to 18 times for patients up to the age of 18. The average number of treatments I provide is between 3 and 8.


Through a comprehensive analysis, I then apply appropriate interventions. This may include explanations based on stimulus processing, advice on managing sleep, and sleep exercises.
