Perhaps your child is having trouble falling asleep or sleeping through the night? And this phase just won't go away? Has it been going on for more than two weeks? In that case, it's time to seek professional help.


I work with you as parents one-on-one. We do this online or by phone. Or, if necessary, I'm happy to visit you at home. Every child, family situation, and parental wishes are unique, and so is the approach.


What I encounter is that parents have already read a lot, purchased the necessary items, but still do not have a lasting solution for the situation surrounding sleep-feeding.

We'll provide tailored advice tailored to your child and your needs, and we'll choose an approach that seems appropriate for the situation. You'll work with us on this. We'll stay in touch via WhatsApp between appointments.

Sleep problems in children are more common than you think: 30% of preschoolers and 25% of primary school children suffer from them.

You might recognize this: you've tried everything, but nothing seems to really work. That's exactly where I, Jolien, come in.


I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every child is different, and that's why I offer customized solutions. Together, we'll explore:

  • What does your child indicate with words or behavior?
  • What does the body and mind need to relax?
  • How do daytime stimuli affect sleep?

  • Puzzling together towards peace

    I call solving sleep problems "puzzling." What works? Which approach best suits your child's needs and your situation as a parent? This can vary from an overstimulated child who needs more rest to a stimulation seeker who needs to burn off energy before sleeping.


    Example:
    "Our son (11) would worry for hours in bed at night. Jolien helped us realize that he couldn't get rid of his energy. Now he jumps on the trampoline before going to bed, and he falls asleep much faster!"
